Gotta say it…TIME SURE FLIES WHEN YOU’RE HAVING FUN!!!

Sorry it’s been such a long time since my last blog update. Trade show season just seems to never end – at least for the first three months of the year. They are the craziest! Now that I have had a week to regroup and re-introduce myself to my family and cadre of pets, I figured I’d better sit down and put some of my thoughts about these past few months in writing. (After all, for a brief moment in my life I thought I wanted to be a writer … until Nancy Minter got hold of my blogs and showed me how really bad I am. Thanks, Nancy, for helping me look better!)

First and foremost, I want to send a great big “THANK YOU” to PPC and all the affiliates for presenting me with the “INDIVIDUAL VENDOR OF THE YEAR AWARD 2008.” What an honor and a privilege. Thank you from the bottom of my heart—you have no idea how special this award is to me!!!

As many of you know by now, I have worked in this industry for over 19 years, and I have seen a lot of changes. Right now, many of you are concerned about your livelihood.
