What a year it has been so far!

So many trade shows, so many photographers to meet, so little time...
With all the changes in our industry, how do you keep up? I can’t imagine what it must be like for photographers having to decide where to go next! Rest assured, Albums Inc. is here to help. Whether you’re looking for folders, frames, boxes, matted albums or flush mount, we have it all. Most importantly, we have a team of customer care experts who are ready, willing, and able to help – and that includes me. With 18+ years in the industry, I’ve seen a lot of changes. There are so many album companies to choose from these days … how do you know if you’re making the right choice? Some companies have gone so far as to offer huge discounts to rope you in. As tempting as that is, I have to wonder about the quality of those discounted products. It would be like buying a knockoff Coach bag or Rolex watch. When was the last time you saw those companies offering deep discounts? You know from the cheap price you’re not getting the real deal, and the same is true with discounted albums. Is the product defective? Is it going to wear out more quickly? How long will you have to wait to get it? You may save a few bucks today, but what’s a cheap album going to cost you a year or so down the road when your customers come back and tell you their album is falling apart and the pages are warping? And what about the customers who won’t say anything? They may not be telling you about the problem, but you can be sure they’re telling friends and family … who are telling other friends and family. With each negative remark a potential referral is lost. Remember, the finishing products you use today are the extra sales of tomorrow. So why would you risk the future growth of your business to save a few dollars on an inferior album?
